Q. How does furniture customization work?

You can select a product and customize it further per your requirements. For example, you can choose a different type of fabric on the same product, add any extra accessories, increase/reduce the size of the selected item, etc. All you need to do is get in touch with our 24x7 available customer service (+91-7838834141) team and guide them about the customization request. Once agreed, your product will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation mail with relevant details. 

We have set up an extra team to look after customer requirements & customization needs. The team can also visit you personally to understand your needs if required. (Areas covered, include Delhi / Gurugram / Noida / Faridabad).

Q. What are the different payment options available?

We have a simple process of payments. You can book the items directly via our website and pay online through your debit or credit cards/net banking. You can also book any item directly via our WhatsApp Business Account (+91-7838834141) along with customization requirements (if any). Booking via WhatsApp Business mode requires the customer to pay 50% in advance and the rest at the shipping time.

Q. Are all accessories shown in the product section picture included in the ordered set?

No, the accessories exhibited in the pictures are not part of the product/furniture. Kindly note that some accessories are added to the image to enhance the overall look of the furniture. For example, the metallic Bed Side Boxes or Brass Centre Table is shown along with the Bed Sets in Luxury Bed Section to enhance the pictures visually and are not included with the Bed Sets. We request you to carefully read the product description before selecting any product.
