RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 1-year warranty on our complete product range. We ensure superior quality across the products. In a rare case, if you receive any damaged product due to mishandling during delivery, we will be happy to replace it upon inspection. Exchanges of products are subject to defect in the product only, identified and informed to us within 24hrs.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
We will accept cancellation requests only if your order has not been processed from our end.
DELIVERY POLICIES
Once ordered, items are manufactured with precision and total quality control and are usually shipped within 7 working days of placing the order. Kindly note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted and an approximate shipment date will be notified in such a scenario. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you. You will also be notified in case of any unforeseen delay within 7 working days after placing your order.
PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT COVER
Transportation outside delhi/ncr are handled and covered by our logistics partners subject to any damage caused during transit. Our transport partners are fully committed towards product safety and its delivery so that our customer can get the best out of our product. In case of any damage in transit our logistic partners will inspect the extent of damage so caused and take necessary actions for the same as per their company policy. Consignment/furniture that is delivered by the transport company outside delhi/ncr makes its very important for the buyer/customer to inspect the consignment/furniture on the spot and report it to the transport company and send back the consignment/furniture in the same truck/vehicle so that transport company can inspect and cover the necessary damages so caused. failing to do this will cancel the return/ exchange warranty/policy.

COLORS
We ensure to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to display resolution differences, we cannot guarantee that display of a color on your screen will be accurate.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Kindly note that the shipping and handling charges are not included in the price. These charges will reflect separately on the checkout page based on destination area/location pin code (if any). Delivery of goods are at ground floor of the building only. Further, if vehicle is unable to enter the narrow streets then buyer/customer is required to receive the goods where vehicle it to the nearest.
Warranty Cover
The product comes with 12 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing / workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
= Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
=Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
= Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
=Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
= Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
= Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
= In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
= Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
= Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
= Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
= As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.
Refund Policy
To ensure a proper customer satisfaction we have 7-day (from the date of delivery) return policy. only in case of different, damage or defective products (for delhi/ncr cases only / for transportation outside delhi/ncr for any damages our logistics are sole responsible) . To be eligible for a return, you item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unused., you'll also need the receipt or the proof of purchase. It's the responsibility of the customer to send back the product as it is to our registered office to process the refund in the stipulated timeframe. we, kindly request you to inspect the product upon arrival and inform us with 24 hours.
We will notify you, once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. if approved, we will be automatically refund your original payment. Please remember it takes several bank days to initiate refund amount back into your account.
