Plan backwards from Diwali

1. This week: measure the living room, dining area, doors and stairs, and decide which pieces you really need.

2. Next: shortlist designs online and visit to sit on the sofa and see finishes in person.

3. Order early: a custom sofa from us usually takes about 7 working days to make. Delivery depends on your location, so ask us to confirm a delivery date before you pay.

4. Get it in writing: note the model, size, finish, price and agreed delivery date on the bill.

5. Leave a buffer: aim to have the furniture home before the festival week, when everyone is busy.
