Golden Paradise Furniture & Interiors is committed to making www.goldenparadisefurniture.in usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and regularly review our site using the Accessibility Wizard. What we do: we use readable colors with sufficient contrast, descriptive page titles, a logical heading structure, text alternatives for product images, and full keyboard navigation. Known limitations: some older blog posts and third-party content may not yet meet every guideline. We are working to improve these areas.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, and only if the item is damaged or wrong (not as ordered). This is not a general change-of-mind return policy.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at +91-7838834141 or support@goldenparadisefurniture.in. Please include your order details and photos of the damage or of the wrong item.

Return shipping cost

For accepted returns, return shipping is free. A prepaid return label is included in the package.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Banking times may add a few more days before the amount appears.

Condition

Items must be unused and in the condition received, with proof of purchase.

Warranty

All furniture also carries a 1-year warranty for manufacturing / workmanship defects under normal household use. Warranty details are in Store Policies.

Not covered as a return

Change of mind, incorrect assembly by the customer, normal wear, and other exclusions listed under Warranty / Store Policies.
