What you can customise: size, fabric, wood and LHS/RHS

As our FAQ page puts it, you select a product and customise it further, for example by choosing a different fabric on the same product, adding extra accessories, or increasing or reducing its size. The options differ from product to product, so always confirm what applies to the piece you like. This is what our own pages list:

• Sofas and L shape sofas: choose the size, the fabric and colour, and, on an L shape, whether the chaise sits on the left (LHS) or right (RHS). Whatever you change, ask for the final dimensions, material, fabric, price and delivery details in writing before production starts.

How to measure your room

• Wall length and depth: measure the wall the piece will stand against and how far it can come into the room, in feet and inches. For an L shape, measure both walls.

• Walkways: leave room to walk past and to pull out chairs. For a dining table, a common rule of thumb is about 3 ft (90 cm) between the table edge and the wall.

• Doors and windows: note where the entry door, balcony door, windows and switches are. For an L shape sofa, this usually decides whether you need LHS or RHS.

• Delivery path: measure the main door, lift, staircase and any tight corners, because a sofa or bed has to get into the room before it can fit there.

• Share it: send us a simple sketch with the measurements, plus photos of the space, on WhatsApp.

How a custom order is confirmed

Contact our customer service team on +91-7838834141 with your customisation request. Once the details are agreed, your order is processed and you receive a confirmation mail with the relevant details. You can book directly on the website and pay online, or book on WhatsApp with your customisation requirements; WhatsApp bookings need 30% in advance and the rest at the time of shipping.

Pan-India delivery

We make furniture in Delhi and deliver pan-India. According to our store policies, shipping is free at checkout, but some state or territory levies (especially in the north-eastern states and J&K) and charges for out-of-delivery-area locations are paid by the customer, and delivery is to the ground floor of the building. Outside Delhi NCR, delivery is handled by our logistics partners, so inspect the furniture when it arrives and report any transit damage to the transport company on the spot.

Timelines

Our store policy says items are usually shipped within 7 working days of placing the order, that items ordered together may not ship on the same day, and that you will be told about any delay. For a custom size, fabric or wood, confirm the expected shipping date for your piece when your order is confirmed, and ask about the delivery time to your pin code.

Frequently asked questions

• Can I change the size of a sofa, bed or dining table? Yes, on many products. You can ask us to increase or reduce the size of a selected item; WhatsApp us your room measurements and we will confirm what is possible for that design before production.

• Can I choose LHS or RHS on an L shape sofa? Yes. Tell us which side the chaise should sit on as you face the sofa, and confirm it with a simple sketch of your room before you order.
