What our pages list

Our 28 ottoman and pouffe pages list 40 density foam. Twenty-seven list suede fabric at 220 gsm; one lists knitted cotton. Fourteen list 17 inches high and fourteen list 18 inches high. All list solid wood frames with 40 density foam. Product names are design names. Storage lids, tufting and Chesterfield details vary by design; check the photos on each product page or ask us before you order.

Delivery and warranty

Delivery is free across India. Our warranty is 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

  • When should I order a custom ottoman? Order custom when you need a height, width or fabric that is not listed on the product pages, or when you want a matching pair in a specific sofa colour.

  • What sizes are listed as readymade? Stool pages list heights of 17 or 18 inches and widths from 12 to 30 inches. Benches list 4 ft or 5 ft lengths. The Chesterfield stool lists 2x2 and 3x3 ft.

  • How do I start a custom order? WhatsApp us with sofa seat height and a fabric swatch photo. Our pages list a build-to-order facility for customisation.

  • Is the foam the same on custom orders? Ask us to confirm. Listed pages use 40 density foam.

  • Is the warranty the same? Our warranty is 12 months on the products we sell.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, and only if the item is damaged or wrong (not as ordered). This is not a general change-of-mind return policy.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at +91-7838834141 or support@goldenparadisefurniture.in. Please include your order details and photos of the damage or of the wrong item.

Return shipping cost

For accepted returns, return shipping is free. A prepaid return label is included in the package.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Banking times may add a few more days before the amount appears.

Condition

Items must be unused and in the condition received, with proof of purchase.

Warranty

All furniture also carries a 1-year warranty for manufacturing / workmanship defects under normal household use. Warranty details are in Store Policies.

Not covered as a return

Change of mind, incorrect assembly by the customer, normal wear, and other exclusions listed under Warranty / Store Policies.
