Draw the room and mark doors. Modules still need a sensible overall depth; tiny cubes that are 70 cm deep may look cute and sit poorly. Leave a service gap at the wall for plugs and mopping. If the floor is uneven, adjustable feet on each module prevent a rocking corner.
